iResto BV, Pastoor Cramerstraat 2E, 6102 AC Echt, the Netherlands (hereinafter: iResto), is responsible for the processing of personal data via the website iresto.nl and the platform dashboard.iresto.nl. This statement explains which data we process, why, for how long and which rights you have.
Which data we process via the website
When you request a demo or sign up for the chef community, we process the data you enter in the form: name, organisation, email address, phone number, number of locations and your message. When you sign up as a chef, we additionally process your title or distinction, speciality, experience and a link to your work. We use this data to contact you, schedule a demo or review your application.
To measure website traffic we use Google Analytics 4. Analytical cookies are only placed after you have given consent through the cookie banner. IP addresses are processed anonymised.
Which data we process in the platform
iResto customers process data of their employees in the platform (name, role, email address, registrations in the Kitchen App) as well as business data such as recipes, purchasing, stock and HACCP records. For that processing the customer is the controller and iResto the processor. The agreements on this are set out in the data processing agreement that is part of every contract.
Legal basis and retention
We process data from contact forms on the basis of your request (performance of a contract or pre-contractual phase) and retain it for a maximum of two years after the last contact. Chef application data is retained as long as the profile is active and for a maximum of two years thereafter. Analytical data is retained according to the standard Google Analytics retention period (fourteen months).
With whom we share data
We share data exclusively with parties that are necessary for our services: We Enable B.V. (development, hosting and support of the platform, based in Echt), our European hosting provider, Mailjet (sending email) and Google (Google Analytics, only after consent). Data processing agreements have been concluded with these parties. Data is not sold and not processed outside the EU, with the exception of Google Analytics under the applicable safeguards.
Security
The platform and the website run on European infrastructure, with encrypted connections, separated environments per customer, daily backups and periodic external security tests. Read more on our page Trust and security.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and the right to object to processing or withdraw consent you have given. Send your request to info@iresto.nl; we respond within four weeks. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
